Operations Admin Assistant (Part Time) - Pasir Ris

Working Schedule: 3 Days per Week on weekdays

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Part-Time Operations Assistant to support our General Manager in daily operations. This role requires someone who can work independently, is detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational and administrative support to the General Manager
• Handle product and sample logistics, including order processing and shipping follow-up
• Prepare product labeling and related documentation
• Maintain smooth office operations
• Take and prepare meeting minutes
• Communicate effectively in both Chinese and English (written and verbal), liaise with Mandarin speaking China's clients/working partners, check & file stock labels written in Chinese and handle simple translation for the manual.

Requirements:

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with logistics coordination and order processing is a plus
• Familiarity with office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams meeting & Wechat)
