Beauty Retail Associate (Skincare & Cosmetics)

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome customers with warmth and provide personalized skincare & beauty consultations.
• Demonstrate and recommend products tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of product lines, ingredients and latest beauty trends.
• Deliver exceptional service while achieving sales and store performance goals.
• Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Ensure the store environment reflects our brands, well-presented, inspiring and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory checks, stock replenishment, and store housekeeping.
• Support the team in daily store operations as required.

What We’re Looking For :

• Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, confident and sales-driven personality.
• Team player but also able to work independently.
• Good product knowledge (ingredients, skin types, makeup application techniques).
• 1 year retail or beauty experience is an advantage (training provided).
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
