Warehouse Assistant (East / West)

Job Scope:

• Receive, unload, and store incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Perform stock checks and update inventory records.

Job Requirements:

• Possess forklift license is an advantage.
• Candidate with relevant experience are welcome to apply

Logistics Admin / Coordinator (East/West)

Job Scope:

• Coordinate and schedule deliveries and shipments.
• Communicate with suppliers, drivers, and other departments.
• Manage customer calls and emails, coordinating delivery orders efficiently.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly.
• Record all customer interactions, feedback, and complaints accurately.
• Manage and process all shipping-related documents in a timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements:

• 1~2 years in relevant experience will added advantages.
• Possess computer knowledge; Microsoft office (Vlookup, Pivot Table)
