We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive corporate sales growth and expand SOQ Academy's corporate outreach

• Achieve sales targets.
• Expand the portfolio for SOQ through partnerships and engagement. (B2B).
• Drive awareness and uptake through roadshows, networking events, and direct engagement with company stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing team and associations to conceptualize and execute impactful campaigns.
• Manage creative assets and ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with SSG marketing guidelines.
• Provide weekly reports and insights on sales performance
• Manage corporate enquiries and issues.
• Ensure a smooth and supportive learner journey to maximize satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in adult training industry
• Proven ability to lead contract negotiation processes
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working across teams (Product Development, Marketing & Sales etc).
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a results-oriented and strategic mindset.
• Ability to take ownership and drive partnership initiatives from proposal to execution.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentations
