Job Description:
- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage, train, and schedule beauticians and other salon staff.
- Maintain client satisfaction through personalized services and problem resolution.
- Monitor inventory of beauty products and equipment; coordinate with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and promotions to grow salon business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a beautician with leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and salon operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in beauty therapy or cosmetology preferred.
