Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Director.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, flight bookings, and travel logistics.
  • Handle confidential business documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Assist in communication and coordination with clients, suppliers, and overseas partners.
  • Support business meetings, prepare presentations, and follow up on action items.
  • Participate in overseas business trips and assist in translation, note-taking, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare management reports, meeting minutes, and other business documents.
  • Oversee certain operational and project tasks as delegated by the Director.
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in executive support or management assistant roles.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) for business communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Able to travel overseas frequently and work flexible hours when required.
  • Discreet, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: SGD 3,000 – 4,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Travel allowance and accommodation covered for overseas assignments
