Pay rate : $12 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Identify customer needs, investigate issues, and provide strategic solutions to address concerns while clarifying any confusion.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up diligently with service partners and internal departments to achieve prompt case closure in line with our service standards.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflow and enhance the customer experience.
• Strive to deliver the highest level of service, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction through adherence to established procedures.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the organization’s goals and continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Management System.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Higher NITEC qualification, with at least 2 years of experience handling contact center cases in a call center or service industry environment.
• Bilingual with strong command of both spoken and written English.
• Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboarding skills.
• Excellent customer handling skills, with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
• A team player capable of adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management skills with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
