Working Hours: Mon – Fri 830AM – 530PM, (Hybrid, 2 days WFH)

The role supports the organisation’s digital transformation and data-driven strategies by delivering data cleansing, analysis, automation, and dashboard solutions. The Data Analyst will handle diverse datasets (such as procurement records, chatbot activity, and customer feedback) to generate actionable insights and enhance internal reporting efficiency.
Scope of Work:The Data Analyst will be tasked with:
- Cleaning, preparing, and analysing large datasets using Python and Excel
- Building interactive dashboards in Tableau
- Automating recurring reporting tasks
- Monitoring and assessing usage trends of internal digital tools
- Presenting insights and recommendations to improve processes
- Maintaining strong standards for data privacy, consistency, and documentation
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, Excel, and Tableau
- Knowledge of data privacy and best practices in data quality
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
- Advantageous: A portfolio showcasing relevant projects (e.g., GitHub repositories, dashboards, or capstone work)
