Location : Tanjong Pagar

Job Responsibility:

1. Greet and welcome customers with a positive attitude.
2. Support in managing daily food and beverage operations.
3. Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels of food and beverages.
4. Ensure stock rotation and prevent wastage.
5. Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
7. Assist in maintaining a positive dining experience.
8. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
9. Assist in regular checks for cleanliness and safety in all areas.
10. Others ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Requirements:

1. Degree in any fields of study.
2. At least 1 year F&B service experience preferred.
3. Passion in F&B industry.
4. Able to work on weekend, accept to work split shift and long hour standing.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.
8. Willing to work public holidays if required.
9. Well-groomed and customer service oriented.
