We are representing a premier real estate and investment holding entity to seek for an experienced Operations Manager to support strategic and day-to-day operations of building services and tenant management.

Location: Raffles

• Support the Senior Operations Manager in delivering world-class building services and tenant management for a landmark Grade-A commercial asset in the CBD.
• Manage the full life cycle of OPEX and CAPEX projects, from drafting approval papers and conducting tender exercises to overseeing onsite execution and budget compliance.
• Develop long-term building improvement strategies and preventive maintenance programs to ensure the property remains at the forefront of the premium market.
• Lead the coordination of tenant fit-outs, unit handovers, and reinstatement works, ensuring all activities align with established building guides and service excellence standards.
• Ensure all operations and ad-hoc projects strictly adhere to statutory requirements, WSH Act regulations, and prevailing industry laws.

• Degree qualification
• Min. 5 years of experience in property management - commercial buildings
• Experience in Green Mark Certification
• Prior experience in leading a team would be preferred
