About the role
Join DSO (Danny Susanto Organization) as a Financial Consultant and play a key role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals. This is a full-time position based in our Newton Central Region office, where you will develop tailored financial plans and provide expert advice to help our valued customers make informed decisions about their investments, retirement planning, and wealth management.
What you'll be doing- Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand clients' unique needs, risk profiles, and investment objectives
- Develop comprehensive financial plans that optimize clients' wealth and align with their long-term goals
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate complex financial decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and financial products to ensure clients receive the most relevant and valuable advice
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to foster loyalty and drive business growth
- Collaborate with the wider team to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our wealth management services
- Proven track record of success in wealth management or financial planning, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to think strategically and provide tailored solutions
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay informed of industry trends and regulations
- A relevant bachelor's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFP, CFA) is preferred
