We are an inbound travel operator specializing in tailor-made experiences for international visitors, with a strong focus on the Japanese market. We are seeking a dynamic Travel Designer & Business Development Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Design customized itineraries for Japanese clients and partners
- Manage end-to-end travel planning, proposals, and bookings
- Maintain professional and timely email communication with clients and partners
- Develop and grow relationships with Japanese travel agents and wholesalers
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales initiatives
- Attend trade events and conduct partner presentations
- Provide onsite coordination and support for groups and VIP clients
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Experience in inbound tourism, travel design, or tour operations (preferred but not compulsory)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication and email skills in English and Chinese
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness for onsite coordination and field presence
Bonus: Japanese language skills
