Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct developmental screenings and assessments to identify learning and developmental needs in children, and provide focused intervention plans.
• Develop and implement Individualized Development Plans (IDPs) based on each child’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, parents, and the centre principal to integrate strategies that enhance children's participation and engagement in the classroom.
• Facilitate small group intervention sessions for children with additional needs, focusing on targeted skill development and social-emotional growth.

Requirements:

• SDESN Certification
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or a related qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with children with developmental needs.
