About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator and Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team at Public City Construction Pte Ltd. This full-time position is based in our office in the Ang Mo Kio North-East Region.
What you'll be doing- Providing administrative support.
- Providing HR support, include foreign worker application, insurance arrangement.
- Prepare the quotation, contract administration.
- Order material.
- Preparing invoice, submit progress claims and follow payment.
- - Requirement
- Experience 1 year as an Office Administrator or Quantity Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
- Bilingual is must.
- 8 hours per day, and 5.5days per week.
