This role offers meaningful exposure to real healthcare operations and patient interaction, providing a useful firsthand understanding of how clinical environments function.

Job Scope (General):

• Support daily operations of the clinic or department
• Handle phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries
• Assist healthcare professionals (including nurses, doctors, and pharmacists)
• Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Relay important information to relevant departments
• Carry out duties specific to the assigned role

Requirements:

• GCE A-Level / O-Level / N-Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma
• No prior experience required — just a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to commit for at least 2–3 months
