New Car Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the new car sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the new car department.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandising of new vehicles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in an automotive dealership (preferably in new car sales).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Preferably able to bring along a proven and capable sales team.
