Marketing Executive (Events & Trade Marketing) - Toa Payoh

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team, focusing on Events and Trade Marketing across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka.

This regional role presents an exciting opportunity to bring the brand to life through engaging on-ground activations and strategic trade initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project management support and execution for all brand-led institutional events, sales-driven pop-up activities & retailer events, including special training initiatives
• Media activities (when organised in conjunction with client activities)
• Coordination with retailers for event dates and streamlining of target audience
• Creation of invitations and all collaterals in relation to the events, including the occasional customised door gift
• Budget management support of all events and post event accounts closing

• Rollout of publicity on retailers' platforms: online websites, social media calendar, in-store and electronic direct mailers and any other relevant channels
• Ordering of visuals and assets for rollout on these platforms
• Coordination with Digital Marketing office on the assets to be utilised on the relevant retailer platforms and rolling it out with retailers

• Ensuring a smooth rollout of communications that are campaign-driven in all key regional malls where mono brand boutiques exist
• Negotiation for publicity within relevant platforms including but not exhaustive of online websites, video screens, lightboxes, posters, banners, store directories, social media accounts, electronic direct mailers for mall database
• Ordering of visuals and assets for rollout on these platforms including still life and video assets
• Coordination with Digital Marketing office on the assets to be utilized on the relevant platforms and rolling it out with retailers

• Management of brand and collection content with web agency support
• Technological upgrades, maintenance, and continual evolution of the site (working alongside agency)
• Store listings management on own and all other relevant sites (FM Geneve & Retailers)
• Corresponding updates for FM Geneve's main site

• Support with the production of brand-appropriate seasonal gifting proposals in collaboration with creative agency and vendors
• Collation of regional orders from SEA & AU, HK and TW offices (Corporate & Client) Gifting
• Maintain inventory and usage tracking

• Ad-hoc projects

Job Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing
• Possess great learning attitude with a pleasant personality
• Diligent, strong work ethics and meticulous
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple markets and timelines
• Comfortable working across different cultures and time zones (SG, MY, ID, SL).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in vendor management, event logistics, and on-ground coordination.
