Construction Company Human Resource and Administrative Assistant- Human Resource Tasks:
- Application of employment passes through MOM website and preparation of employment contract for staff/workers
- Application of training courses for staff/workers as and when required
- Assignment of dormitories for workers
- Keeping track of worker's leave
- All other tasks related to our company staff/workers
- Administrative Tasks:
- Vehicle and Machinery Records
- Renewal of vehicle road tax and tracking of vehicle inspection due dates
- Purchase/Renewal of vehicle insurance
- Printing & Photocopying of documents
- Filing & Documentation
- All other duties as and when required regarding smooth workflow in our company's construction activities
- Successful candidate must be independent, hard working and be able to focus on the work assigned in order out all duties as and when assigned to him/her to his/her best effort and knowledge
Working Hours: 5.5 day work week
- 30am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
- 30am to 1pm (Saturdays)
