Salary & Working days- Salary: SGD 2,400 – SGD 2,900
- 5 days/week (including weekends and PH)
- Prepare, laminate, shape, proof, and bake Viennoiseries to perfection.
- Maintain consistency in product size, texture, and quality across daily production.
- Handle mise en place, fillings, and finish with precision and care.
- Follow recipes and SOPs to uphold company’s artisanal standards.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep in your workspace.
- Support daily production schedules, manage ingredients efficiently, and minimize wastage.
- Commitment to the 2AM shift (transport covered!)
