Chemical Process Technician

- Location: Jurong Island (Transport provided from Jurong East)
- Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts (8am–8pm / 8pm–8am)
- Shift Pattern: 2-2-3
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and corporate HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) regulations.
- Monitor and maintain plant operations at optimal conditions.
- Conduct regular plant patrols to uphold reliability and minimize downtime.
- Perform sampling and in-process quality control (QC) analysis.
- Prepare master batch sub-raw materials based on production requirements.
- Assist the Shift Superintendent during plant emergencies with prompt and appropriate actions.
- Perform basic maintenance on plant equipment when needed.
- Support other departments (Technical, Distribution, Sales) during daily operations and product commissioning.
- Participate in Emergency Response Team duties during incidents.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the plant.
- Education:
- NITEC / Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Process Technology (or equivalent)
- Others:
- Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts on Jurong Island
- No prior experience required — training provided (2–3 weeks)
- Hands-on and multi-tasking attitude required
- ? Fixed Allowances: SGD 750 + Night shift allowance / Day shift Allowance. Gross : $2500 - $3000
