Responsibilities

Manage operation activities of outlets across Singapore
Coordinate and communicate with all other departments to ensure smooth operations
Drive service quality and customer satisfaction
Lead outlet managers to develop organizational strategies
In charge of procurement of raw materials (at HQ level) and warehousing
Any other tasks being assigned

Requirements

Be organized and meticulous
Have experience in laundry industry
Communicate with Taiwan colleagues. Knowledge of Mandarin is essential
Positive mindset and self-driven individual
