Job Summary: The Personal Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the Managing Director in daily operations.

This position acts as a central point of key liaison between the Managing Director and internal

teams, clients, business partners, and stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational,

analytical and interpersonal skills to ensure tasks are executed seamlessly and business objectives

are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including coordinating meetings, appointments,
and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
  • Coordinate and communicate with Heads of Departments (HODs) and team members,
ensuring smooth execution of assigned tasks and timely updates.
  • Organize and manage key business meetings and events, ensuring proper documentation,
follow-ups, and action item tracking.
  • Conduct research, compile and analyse data and prepare reports, dashboards,
presentations, and documents for Management review and decision making.
  • Support in strategic planning, project coordination, and foster relationships with business
prospects.
  • Manage sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role will be an
advantage.
  • Strong data analytical skills with the ability to translate information into meaningful insights
and reports.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced
environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally
with senior leadership, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a positive, solution-focused approach to
challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset, working efficiently with others while maintaining a high level of
independence when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with reporting or dashboards

tools is an advantage.

Working Hours:

8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Work Location: 5 Jalan Tepong (Transport will be provided, pick up at Lakeside MRT)
