Field Service Engineer (Instrumentation)

Role Purpose

Provide after-sales technical support for installation, calibration, and maintenance of measuring instruments, ensuring high customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, calibration, and repair of measuring instruments
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently (on-site or in-house)
Conduct customer training on equipment operation and software usage
Provide on-site and overseas support when required

Requirements

NITEC/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field
1–2 years of relevant experience (training provided)
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Class 3 driving license preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
