FX Sales Consultant

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Prosegur Singapore Pte. Ltd. as an FX Sales Consultant. In this full-time role, you will be based in the Changi Airport East Region and play a key part in delivering exceptional foreign exchange services to our customers.

1. Providing expert foreign exchange advice and recommendations to customers
2. Executing FX transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction
3. Identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow our customer relationships
4. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our FX services and customer experience
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and regulations

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the financial services industry
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to explain complex FX concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
4. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
5. A keen interest in foreign exchange markets and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
7. Must be eligible to work full-time in Singapore

Working Hours:

• 2 Day Shift | 2 OFF | 2 Night Shift | 2 OFF (Rotating Shift)
• 0900 - 2100 | 2100 - 0900 (12 Hrs)
