The Job:

• Drive new business growth by identifying opportunities, entering untapped markets, and building strong customer relationships.
• Act as a subject matter expert on solutions, customer needs, market trends, and competitors to support strategic decision-making.
• Expand market share by securing new accounts and delivering value-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle-generating, qualifying, and converting opportunities into measurable results.
• Collaborate with internal teams while working independently to achieve sales targets, supported by clear plans, forecasts, and progress reports.

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree in engineering or technical discipline
• 1-2 years technical sales experience in manufacturing/engineering/technical/HVAC/Data Center
• Sales driven with strong initiative and hunter mindset
