Business Development Manager in Senior Care

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our senior care services in Singapore. The role focuses on expanding our client base, building strong partnerships, and enhancing service offerings to meet the evolving needs of the ageing population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the senior care and healthcare sector in Singapore.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote senior care services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including next-of-kin of senior tenants, referral partners and corporate partners.
• Conduct sales presentations, site visits and outreach activities (calls, emails, roadshows) to prospective clients.
• Explore and develop new sales channels through partnerships, community networks, and government-related agencies.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes and competitor activities within Singapore’s eldercare landscape.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, exhibitions and networking sessions.
• Ensure smooth account management, service onboarding and high client satisfaction levels.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Immediate Superior.

• Possess at least Diploma in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or account management (experience in healthcare, senior care or hospitality industry preferred).
• Proven track record of identifying, securing, and growing new business opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Tamil, Malay, or other Chinese dialects is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, set and achieve ambitious goals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
