Compliance Specialist

Our client is a leading Asian Investment Bank with a global presence and is looking for an experienced compliance officer to join their team.

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for executing tasks under the Compliance Work Plan, including monitoring regulatory updates, performing trade surveillance and ensuring post-transaction compliance. Duties also involve identifying and closing compliance gaps, reviewing adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, and managing matters related to information security and licensing.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial industry compliance. Strong knowledge of securities regulations, and familiarity with surveillance systems like SMARTS is preferred.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a proactive team-oriented approach.
