Job Description
Join the ClearSK Medical Aesthetics Group as a Business Operations Associate, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate development and marketing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the progress of various business projects and initiatives.
- Utilize systematic approaches to track and analyze performance data and KPIs.
- Collaborate with project PICs to ensure adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Contribute to the optimization of business processes and strategies across our locations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong grasp of business operations and project management principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
- Systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong computational ability and interest to ally AI in business.
- Degree in business administration, operations management, Finance or related fields with quantitative science subjects.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication; conversational in Chin as there is a need to communication with our counterparts in China.
- An attractive Salary Package with fixed pay of up to S$5,000 per month for candidates who fully meet our requirements.
- 5 working days per week; Monday to Friday.
