Contract Supply Chain Specialist

Key responsibilities:
- Project & Process Improvement
- Review end‑to‑end supply chain and customer service workflows to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Support supply chain improvement projects aimed at improving order fulfilment accuracy, lead times, service levels, and operational efficiency
- Support digitalisation and system enhancements, including data accuracy, reporting improvements, and workflow optimisation
- Partner cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver results - includes Customer Service and Production, and external vendors as applicable
- Supply Chain & Operations Support
- Assist in planning and managing supply chain activities during peak ordering seasons
- Analyse stock and delivery reports to identify trends, assess service performance, and recommend improvement actions
- Support inventory planning and estimation of print quantities to ensure service continuity
- Provide operational coverage for order processing, fulfilment coordination, and issue resolution when required
- Support the Production Manager in production coordination and operational planning
- Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Manage key customer accounts to establish strong relationships and uphold customer care
- Plan communication with assigned customers for stock planning and supply of print and digital products
- Process orders for print, digital and service offerings accurately and quickly
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to fulfil orders efficiently
- Proactively communicate order status, delays, and resolutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Recommend service recovery solutions in the event of shortage and supply disruptions
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and customer service principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commit to a 2-year contract period
