Assistant Property Manager

Location: North Region
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm

Entitled to AWS + VB + Allowances

Responsibilities

Assist in leading Property Officers in managing all estate-related matters within the Division.
Oversee routine building maintenance, improvement works, and horticultural services.
Manage the use and control of common property and ensure proper upkeep.
Monitor and handle arrears management in accordance with Town Council policies.
Coordinate with external contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of improvement works.
Supervise daily estate management operations and provide team guidance.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with agencies and grassroots organizations.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

Good communication and leadership skills.
Able to manage contractors and handle estate issues effectively.
Proactive, responsible, and a team player.
