Job Purpose
The Operations Admin Coordinator shall provide operational support to the Director of F&B and Culinary
Principal Accountabilities- 1 Assist in guest enquiries on F&B reservations booking and enquiries via emails or phones
- 2 Inventory control and stock up of stationaries when required
- 3 Assist in collation of overtime sheets, checking and verifying weekly and monthly attendance for payroll
- 4 Attend F&B meetings
- 5 Assist in taking minutes of meeting
- 6 Work closely with chefs and casual labour staffs
- 7 Communicate and liaise with other department
- 8 Keep abreast of hotel promotions, F&B services and outlet
- 9 Provide administrative support to Director of F&B
- 1 Relevant experience as a Food and Beverage Coordinator
- 2 Knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations
- 3 Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 4 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- 5 Attention to detail and accuracy
- 6 Great coordination and communication skills
- 7 Resourceful in resolving challenging situations
- 1 Long working hours, working during holidays, and covering different shifts(Weekends)
