Business analyst

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking and payments
• Proven track record in delivering corporate payments, transaction banking, and digital channel initiatives
• Hands-on experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT/MX; exposure to CBPR+ and payment modernization programs is advantageous
• Knowledge of real-time payment rails, clearing & settlement, and reconciliation processes
• Experience leading SIT/UAT and supporting end-to-end implementation delivery
• Exposure to cloud-based solutions and API-driven architectures (functional/business perspective)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, operations, and senior leadership teams
• Experience mentoring or guiding Business Analysts and working within global delivery models

Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end business analysis for digital banking and corporate payment transformation initiatives
• Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and data requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases)
• Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis, gap analysis, and process re-engineering for payment workflows
• Design end-to-end payment flows covering real-time, cross-border, clearing & settlement, and reconciliation scenarios
• Define data mapping and message transformation for SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022, including CBPR+ migration support
• Produce functional solution designs, interface specifications, and API integration requirements
• Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and user journey artefacts using Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools
• Collaborate with product owners, technology teams, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders to deliver solutions
