Quality Assurance (QA) Executive – Food Manufacturing

We are a food manufacturing company certified under ISO 22000, looking for an experienced and detail-oriented QA Executive to oversee and maintain our food safety and quality standards.

• Maintain and manage the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System
• Conduct routine internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Monitor hygiene practices across production, packing, and storage areas
• Ensure SOPs, checklists, and records are properly maintained and updated
• Handle non-conformance reports and follow up with corrective actions
• Support external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g. SFA)
• Verify calibration of measuring tools and cleanliness of equipment
• Conduct staff training on food hygiene, safety, and QA protocols
• Assist in traceability, product recalls, and quality verification
• Ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards

• Minimum 1 years of QA/QC experience in the food manufacturing industry
• Familiar with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and SFA regulations
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and documentation processes
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office and QA documentation
• Singaporeans or PRs only

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
• Salary range: $3,000 to $3,200/month
