Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level personal support to the Principal, including managing household affairs and lifestyle logistics.
- Accompany the Principal for social engagements, leisure activities, and overseas business trips.
- Manage complex travel itineraries and schedule coordination.
- Provide light administrative support for the company's executive functions.
Requirements (Compliant Version):
- Proven Experience: Prior experience as a Private PA or Lifestyle Manager for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI).
- High Adaptability: Ability to maintain a high level of energy and professional presence throughout long hours of companionship and travel.
- Professional Boundaries: Demonstrates strong discretion and understands the boundaries required in a private household setting.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be comfortable with flexible working hours that align with the Principal’s schedule, including weekends or public holidays when required.
- Interpersonal Skills: Patient, child-friendly, and able to interact positively within a family environment.
- Annual Leave: 15 days per annum.
- Sick Leave: 14 days per annum.
