We’re looking for an E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our Click & Collect Counter.- Location: Millenia Walk
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Must Work on Both Weekends & PH)
- Operating Hours: 10:30AM - 9:30PM
?️ Job Duties:
- Attend to customers at the Click & Collect Counter on enquiries, concerns and requests regarding ecommerce orders. Maintain and provide good customer service levels at all times to fulfill customers’ ecommerce orders.
- Support the eCommerce operations team in the processing of ecommerce orders and returns from customers.
- Working with retail and third-party delivery partners to ensure all orders and returns are fulfilled.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Click & Collect centre.
✅ Requirements:
- Min. GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
- Willing to work on both weekends & public holidays
- Passion for Tech & Sales
- Min. 1 year experience
