Executive Assistant (Part-Time) - Pasir Ris

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full calendar management for one senior stakeholder including meeting coordination and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Organise and manage domestic and international travel arrangements for the leadership team, including flights, accommodation, and itinerary alignment.
  • Prepare and submit expense claims for 5–6 members of the team.
  • Assist with the creation and tracking of purchase orders on behalf of team leads to support operational and team requirements.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in calendar management, travel booking, and office tools
  • Experience with purchase order systems and expense platforms
