Major Responsibilities

Market Expansion Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the medical healthcare and fitness products market globally.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the medical healthcare and fitness sectors.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market dynamics to position the company effectively.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and contract manufacturing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, fitness centers, key brands and corporations, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, partners, and vendors to drive revenue growth.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets with target customers for the healthcare and fitness product segments for business development and penetration.
  • Develop new sales and monitor sales performance to meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with the product development and manufacturing teams to ensure our offerings align with market needs and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.

Requirements

Industry Knowledge:

  • Good experience & knowledge in contract manufacturing, ODM/OEM projects execution.
  • Deep understanding of the medical healthcare and fitness products market in Singapore and global market.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the healthcare sector.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a focus on the healthcare and/or fitness industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding into new markets and achieving revenue growth.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships and close deals with key players & stakeholders.
  • Strong leader to lead & manage the business team to achieve company’s goals.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in other languages (e.g., Mandarin, European language) is a plus.
