Job Summary

We are seeking full-time Service Crew for our Paragon outlet to deliver excellent customer service, manage orders, maintain outlet cleanliness, and support daily operations in a friendly, efficient manner.

• Greet and attend to customers promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Process customer orders accurately for cakes and beverages using the POS system
• Receive, inspect, and display cakes attractively to maintain product appeal
• Perform barista tasks to prepare beverages, enhancing customer satisfaction (advantageous skill)
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards throughout the outlet
• Execute daily opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with team members to support outlet efficiency and customer service quality

• Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills to engage customers warmly
• Apply knowledge of good service principles to enhance customer interactions
• Organize tasks efficiently to support outlet operations and order processing
• Maintain a positive attitude and cheerful personality to contribute to a welcoming environment

Other Information

• Variable bonus based on staff and company performance
• Confirmed staff receive outpatient expense reimbursement and medical insurance
• Training provided

• 44 hours per week, 5 days a week
• 1 week with 2 off days
• 2 full-shift days and 3 single-shift days (morning or afternoon)
