About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead our Finance team, support business growth, and ensure accurate financial reporting across manufacturing locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial closing, reporting, and compliance with IFRS and local regulations
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost analysis to optimize profitability
- Partner with operations to align financial planning with production schedules
- Drive internal controls, process improvements, and cost-saving initiatives
- Manage and mentor the Finance team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA preferred
- 6+ years of relevant experience, with leadership exposure
- Strong analytical, technical accounting, and communication skills
