A well-established facilities management company is currently seeking a HR Operations Manager to join its dynamic team.
The Role
The Recruitment cum HR Operations Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition and overseeing day-to-day HR operational functions to support a fast-paced business. This role will manage full-cycle recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, including facilities technicians, site supervisors, engineers, and corporate staff, ensuring timely hiring to meet operational demands across multiple sites.In The incumbent will also drive HR operations such as onboarding and offboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, HR compliance, and benefits administration.
The role will also partner closely with operations and site managers to understand manpower needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled talent in a competitive labour market. Beyond recruitment, the HR Operations Manager will ensure HR policies and processes are consistently implemented across the organisation, while also supporting employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in both talent acquisition and HR operations, preferably within the facilities management, construction, or other labour-intensive industries.They should have a proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment, along with strong knowledge of local employment laws, HR policies, and operational processes such as payroll coordination, onboarding, and employee relations.
