About the role

Join our dedicated team of gardeners at Treescapes Pte Ltd as a Local Gardener. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the lush greenery across our clients' properties located in the Central Region. Utilising your extensive gardening expertise, you will play a vital part in ensuring our gardens remain in pristine condition all year round.

What you'll be doing

Performing regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering
Planting and caring for a variety of plants, flowers, and shrubs
Applying fertilisers and pesticides as needed to promote plant health
Identifying and addressing any pest or disease issues in a timely manner
Liaising with clients to understand their gardening preferences and requirements
Maintaining gardening tools and equipment in good working order
Adhering to all health and safety protocols on site

Requirements

Ability to work outdoors
Understand Plant Care
Ensuring Plants are well-Maintained
Gardening task may be assigned by a supervisor or manager
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
