About the Role:

Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an SDR, you will play a key role in supporting our business development efforts across Southeast Asia. This includes lead validation, outbound sales campaigns, and sales operations. You’ll work closely with the CEO and senior Business Development Representatives to generate high-quality meetings and assist in closing enterprise deals in Singapore and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification
  • Qualify inbound leads through discovery calls using BANT methodology; record insights in HubSpot CRM.
  • Schedule meetings for BDRs and share relevant pitch materials to prep leads.
  • Maintain industry- and product-specific email templates for efficient outreach.
Outbound Sales Support
  • Use tools like Apollo for lead sourcing and segmentation.
  • Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and sequences; follow up via calls using scripted introductions.
  • Identify potential leads for events and pipeline expansion.
  • Sales Operations
  • Coordinate with Tech and Product teams to prepare tailored product demos.
  • Support RFP responses, vendor onboarding, and documentation.
  • Manage demo accounts across products with updated content for various user roles.
  • Prepare and customize pitch decks, demo videos, and other collateral.
  • Join sales pitches to deliver product demos.
  • Assist CEO with follow-ups and contract-related paperwork for large enterprise deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies.
  • Maintain timely and accurate updates on HubSpot for all sales activities.

Core Skills & Tools
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, and other lead gen tools.
  • Strong skills in Zoom, MS Teams, and other virtual presentation platforms.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva or similar tools.
  • Research capabilities to support industry-specific outreach and content personalization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English with a confident, engaging phone manner.
  • Comfort with AI tools and automations that boost sales productivity.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong initiative and a go-getter attitude.
  • Confident in engaging leads and sparking interest in Rewardz solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields (GPA ≥ 3.25/4.0).
  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for B2B sales are welcome to apply!
