IT Executive

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily operations by providing technical support via phone, email, or onsite testing and commissioning for security surveillance systems such as CCTV, Biometric, and Card Access Reader.
Manage and resolve software or hardware issues faced by clients promptly.
Maintain strong product and application knowledge to provide effective product solutions to clients.
Conduct in-house product testing and quality checks for new and existing products.
Provide software training to clients after project installation.
Ensure smooth project presentation and handover to clients.
Identify, propose, and procure products to improve the company’s product efficiency.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Possess Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years IT Network working experience. Knowledge in CCTV, Biometric Access System is an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast paced performance oriented environment
Preference will be given to Malaysian and Singaporean candidates.
