We are a property consultancy firm in Singapore looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Support to manage our digital presence and support marketing initiatives.

This role focuses on content creation, social media management, and property marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging property-related content (videos, reels, posts)
Perform basic video editing and content optimisation
Manage and update property listings and marketing materials
Design and prepare flyers, mailers, and digital ads using Canva or similar tools
Support digital marketing campaigns (ads, promotions, outreach)
Monitor performance and suggest improvements for content and campaigns
Support for daily operations when required

Requirements

Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (CapCut / Similar)
Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
Experience with Canva or design tools
Creative, proactive, and able to generate content ideas
Good organisational and communication skills
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Prior experience in marketing / social media / real estate is an advantage

Work Location:

Office located within walking distance from Aljunied MRT Station (East-West Line)
