About the Role

We are a growing law firm seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support client acquisition, relationship management, and business growth initiatives. This is a results-driven role focused on generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the firm’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (individual and corporate clients)
  • Conduct outreach via calls, emails, networking, and partnerships
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
Client Follow-Up & Conversion Support
  • Follow up consistently with enquiries and prospects
  • Schedule consultations and meetings for lawyers
  • Track and update all leads and client interactions (Excel/CRM)
  • Assist in converting leads into retained clients
Partnerships & Networking
  • Build relationships with referral partners (e.g. agents, corporates, other professionals)
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations, talks, and workshops
  • Attend networking events and represent the firm
Marketing & Coordination
  • Liaise with external marketing/social media vendors on campaigns
  • Support execution of marketing initiatives and events
  • Ensure proper follow-up after campaigns or events
Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Maintain records of: 1. Leads generated 2. Follow-ups conducted 3. Meetings scheduled 4.Conversions achieved
  • Provide weekly updates to Management
Requirements
  • 1–3 years experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with proactive outreach and follow-ups
  • Organised and able to manage multiple leads and timelines
  • Self-motivated and results-driven

Important Note

This is a sales-driven role that requires consistent outreach, follow-ups, and working towards conversion targets. Candidates should be comfortable engaging clients and building relationships.

Working Hours Flexibility

This role may require attendance at networking events, client engagements, or firm events outside of standard office hours, including evenings or weekends. Time-off in lieu will be provided.
