About the Role:
Join the world leading FMCG company, where we incubate niche, premium, and heritage brands. We're seeking a strategic leader to drive digitization across front-end D2C experiences and back-end operational platforms. You will shape customer segmentation, service journeys, and lead platform orchestration from planning to financials.
Location: One NorthSalary up to $15000
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital experience and backend capability development across planning, order-to-cash, and financial operations.
- Manage and mentor a team of business analysts.
- Align business needs with tech strategies, working across marketing, supply chain, and finance functions.
- Drive innovation, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee project management, change adoption, vendor management, and data governance.
- Define and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years in digital transformation, IT consulting, or capability development.
- Strong knowledge in Agile, Design Thinking, change management (Kotter, ADKAR), and business process modeling.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Technical understanding in UX/UI, data analytics, or database design.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Kinaxis, or Alteryx.
