Job Summary
Join Shang Gong Wellness Spa as a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive revenue in the wellness industry through strategic planning, client engagement, and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including corporate wellness programs, strategic partnerships, and client acquisition
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to enhance customer loyalty
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new market segments within the wellness industry
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and branding strategies compliant with massage establishment advertising regulations
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to increase brand visibility
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, business development activities, and market insights to senior management
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the wellness, spa, or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of the Singaporean market and a network of relevant contacts
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business growth strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills applied to client engagement and partnership development
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with regulations governing Category 1 massage establishments in Singapore is advantageous
