Our company is seeking a mature, meticulous, and self-motivated individual for a Part-time Accounts & Operations Assistant Position within the team.

Your Role in Our Team
  • Operations Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including preparation and verification of invoices, receiving payments, managing the studio space, as well as organisation and management of customer data.
  • Accounts Assistance: Support the accountant with month-end activities such as stock take, data entry, and updating records.
  • General Administration: Provide support in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, managing emails and phone calls, and maintaining calendars.
  • Executive Assistant: Assist directors with tasks such as booking flights and accommodation, running occasional errands, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Ideal Team Member Profile
  • Preferably have more than 5 years of working experience
  • Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous & organised
  • Self-motivated, independent, able to multitask and work as a team
  • Preferably able to start work immediately or on short notice
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and iWork applications (Pages, Keynote).
