About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused part-time retail staff to support our Matcha Masta pop-up at Wisma Atria this December. You’ll help customers discover our retail products, deliver great service, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers; share product knowledge and recommend items
- Assist customers with purchases (this includes giftwrapping services) and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the booth
- Restock products and track inventory levels
- Support daily opening and closing
- Uphold brand standards and deliver a positive customer experience
- Friendly, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently
- Able to work most days between 1–31 December
- Must be comfortable standing for long periods
