- Executive Assistant (Sales Support) /Up to $4,000 @Ubi
- Manage Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and take meeting minutes.
- Handle correspondence, documents, and information with a high level of discretion.
- Support office admin (Supplies/Vendors) and other tasks i.e sales activities assigned by Director/CEO.
- Handle sales quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and follow up with internal departments.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
- Compile sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management review.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support where required.
- Assist in organising company events, meetings, and internal activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP is an advantage.
- Client Management Executive (Logistic Solution) /Up to $3,500 @Ubi
- Coordination of client’s business requirement to ensure good service level are delivered to clients.
- Attend client’s enquiries and requirement on order information/status, quotation, shipping, etc
- Advising client on delivery schedule and inventory availability.
- Follow up closely to ensure resolution of all problems and issues from Clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met
- Initiate continuous processes improvement, Participate in Demand planning with the client.
- Provide business reports to Management and client on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Diploma in any discipline with 1 year in order management /customer service.
- Sales Executive/Manager /$4,000-$8,000 @Ubi
- Manage customers' account & inquiries, technical support & maintain relationship with consultant/contractor.
- Drive revenue growth, market surveys to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
- Promote innovative technologies to meet client needs and sustainability goals.
- Prepare technical presentations to consultants, developers, and owners.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate with internally to ensure compliance, smooth project execution, and timely delivery.
- Support development of marketing tools i.e website updates, social media, brochures, datasheets.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking platforms to strengthen brand visibility.
- Manage sales plans and forecasts, and ales budget and revenue forecasting for the team.
- Lead and mentor sales teams, set targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.
- Develop training programs to improve the team's technical knowledge, sales techniques.
- Attend client and project meetings to support sales and project alignment.
- Diploma in Mechanical with 3-5 years of regional experience in HVAC/Refrigerator.
- Proficient in HVAC design software and able to commit frequent traveling.
